Fun with openGL Graphics

Its midsummer, and I really should be thinking about getting out the canoe and making a few day trips around Ottawa. But most of the last few weeks have been preparing for the Pro version of Time Zone Master, with the help of the test team.

Part of this has been to add some really cool graphics to the Add/Edit Clock Location dialog in the FREE version of Time Zone Master. We released this new version a few days ago, and I think it looks great. You can download and install it now by visiting our website at www.relativedata.com. Yes, I said its free. :)

Instead of just a map to choose a clock location, the dialog now has an interactive globe of the world on a background of stars, which can be dragged and zoomed to help you pinpoint a location for your clocks. The clock hands are also more distinct.

But, I must admit, its sort of a tease, since the Pro version will have several openGL animations available. So if you are curious what they Pro version may look like when its ready, you can get a partial sample now by looking at the new Free version.

Not a lot of other Relative Data news here, but don't forget if you have any enhancement requests for Time Zone Master, have any questions, or have issues using our products or with our website, please feel free to log into our website at www.relativedata.com and start a new topic in our message forum.

Greetings from Ottawa, Canada
