A NEW FEATURE ON OUR SITE!

The rules for Timezones and Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time) are very complex. In the spring and fall, many places change their clock forward or back an hour. The rules are different in different countries, and some isolated places follow different rules than their surrounding areas.

To try to make some sense of it all, I have started building a webpage which will show you the current time anywhere in the world. It will be enhanced and beautified over time.

• 2009-5: Added a list of world times on the site. See the left menu.
• 2009-5: Still working on upcoming versions of MyStars!, GClock, and SalatClock. Added geoname and timezone features to the code.
• 2007-3: We stopped offering GClock for sale on our site in January 07, as it depends on daylight saving rules which changed in many locales.
• 2006-12: 10th Anniversary & Official relaunch of the Relative Data website.
• 2006-12: Produced some hacks for phpWebsite 0.10.2 to alter how various mods work. These include adding new fields to the user data, and altering which characters are valid in usernames, as well as various bug fixes. You can see these here at 'phpWebsite Hacks'.

• 2010-08: Built a web-based retail website in Drupal 6. The site, has a complete order processing and stock tracking system built in.
• 2009-11: Rebuilt a user-contribution website in Drupal 6. The site, which lists dance venues and events allows people to post their own events and cross-reference them before they are approved and go 'live'.
• 2009-8: Built an e-commerce website in Drupal 6. The site, which sells flatware and silverplate tableware integrates directly with PayPal.
• 2009-07: Ended a long-term contract working on air-traffic control software for NavCanada.
• 2008-11: Helped build a website for a friend in Drupal.
• 2008-08: On a short contract for GridIron Software
• 2007-11: Completed a 10 month programming contract for Heritage Canada making changes to their website in PHP.
• 2007-01: Completed a 4 month programming contract for NavCanada in Ottawa, Canada, adding threaded SNMP agent features to their air traffic control software in C++.
• 2006-07: Completed a small 2 month programming contract at Cisco Systems in Ottawa Canada writing tools in Perl and Tcl to process XML data using proprietary Cisco web services.
• 2006-04: Completed for elijah.com a unique Windows app and CGI used for bible prophesy research using astronomical algorithms. This uses the core engine of MyStars3! to compute a 'Hebrew' calendar based only on accurate moon phases, sunrise/set calculations and intercalating
• 2006-03: Completed a long contract, started summer 2004, at Wyndham Hotels Corp. (Super8, Days Inn, HoJo etc.) in NJ, USA adding new features to a legacy C hotel reservations system.
• 2004: Implemented a new website for the Green Party of Canada using phpWebsite and custom modifications.
