This adds several features to the subscription version:

- You can now select from nearly 9000 cities and towns, or enter any latitude or longitude directly

- You can now specify a time offset, allowing you to see dials for the previous or next few hours

- the output now shows all the following:

UT, local timezone offset, daylight/summertime offset & current clock time with local timezone code
UT, longitude offset, equation of time & current solar time
The solar declination, altitude and azimuth
The times of sunrise, solar noon, and sunset
