Cant download program

Hi, I have been trying to download the program for the past few days and cant. I tried a number of browsers and it simply wont download. I get the following message:
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ftp.relativedata.com

We just tried here, and were able to download MyStars! and Time Zone Master without a snag. We are using Firefox. Perhaps there is something in your firewall setup that prevents you from downloading?

Got it to work! Peerblock was blocking GoDaddy and I had to unblock it for it to download.
