It seems that C++ XE2 doesn't support iOS development either. It only supports Win32 and OSX.

Thats still a good start, but to go to Win64 and iOS (at least in this release) requires Delphi XE2, or PHP XE2 supports iOS, Android, Blackberry, and Win Mobile.
